Getting Started
Biokit is a simple approach to proactive remote patient monitoring.
Prescribe Biokit
Once prescribed, Biokit is taken home by the patient, for daily measurement of vitals. When used in conjunction with the Biocare App, that data is automatically uploaded into the patient’s file and can be accessed by physicians
Identify Abnormalities
While users collect their data, Biokit flags vitals out of normal range for review. When out of range data is detected, Biokit also generates a custom alert.
Review Results
When used with the Biocare App, patient data is available for daily review by physicians. In addition, patient data is summarized on a monthly basis for further review.
